Full remodel of a 1930 bungalow. The house was raised 5', the foundation was replaced, and a new first floor was built before lowering the original structure onto the new construction. The original stucco was removed, all new doors and windows were installed, and the walls and floors were stripped down to studs and replaced with all-new finishes. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were replaced, and new decks and trellises were added.
